While downtown Detroit has attracted national chains like Nike and Lululemon, the Apple Store—set to open on Woodward Avenue this fall—could be the biggest attraction yet.

Crain's Detroit Business reports that the Apple Store at 1430 Woodward, near the Shinola Hotel, will open this fall. At the same time, the company plans to close its store at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township some time this year.

The exact opening and closing dates have not been disclosed.

Apple Stores not only sell a variety of products but also perform repairs and offer classes on how to use their devices.

In addition to the Macomb location, Apple has Metro Detroit stores at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Somerset Collection in Troy and Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor.

Apple stores not only sell a variety of products, but also perform repairs and conduct classes on how to use different products.
